Ritzy's Dream

Annelie took Ritzy to the neighbouring farm for some speed intervals last night. First time in close to a year for her as she was pretty off when she got here and later in the summer the fillies all got sick. It's taken a while to get her back feeling and looking good. Lots of slow work and "heavy lifting".

 

She looked and felt great though. We were really pleased as she moved good in a clean gait and really enjoyed tearing up the track.

 

 Kick the Cat was really good for me in a super slow work on the cutting machine. She was patient and stopped good, drew and turned just as I wanted. We'll see if we can get her out and about here in a bit hauling to a friends place for some cowwork. It'll do her good to get off the ranch and see the world alittle.
